A Cambodian-born musician has opened Kampot Kitchen in Preston, Melbourne’s first cafe dedicated to num pang. He's sharing his love for the native pepper, along with sach ko ang (lemongrass beef skewers) and a dry version of koh ko (soupy beef stew) in crusty baguettes.
