RECAP » 5km World Food Tour of Melbourne
RECIPE » My totally foolproof chicken soup
I don't always toot my own horn, but when I do, I've usually made a batch of chicken soup. I've taken a little bit from my Jewish grandmother, a little more from my cousins and added some ingredients that you usually see in Chinese broths. It's ridiculously easy to make, especially when you're at home all day. Simmer up a big batch while in lockdown – you'll thank me later.
